Registration Deadline
Registration forms are due no later than August 29, 2011. We will refund the full registration amount for cancellations on or before August 29, 2011. After this date a $50 administrative fee will be deducted. No refunds will be made after September 5, 2011.

For room reservations at the Sheraton Steamboat Resort call 800.848.8877 or make your reservations online. Make your reservation before Sunday, August 21, 2011 and mention our group code, CASTA, to receive the special rate of $103 (village or valley view guest room) per night. Rooms will be guaranteed 72 hours prior to arrival by taking a one night's deposit. Upon the taking of the deposit, all reservations will be unchangeable. If cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable.
