Conference Cancellations Registrations cancelled before August 26, 2011 will be fully refunded. Cancellations after August 26th will be refunded, minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be made for registrations cancelled after August 31, 2011.

For room reservations at the Sheraton Steamboat Resort call 800.848.8877 or make your reservations online. Make your reservation before Sunday, August 21, 2011 and mention our group code, CASTA, to receive the special rate of $103 (village or valley view guest room) per night. Rooms will be guaranteed 72 hours prior to arrival by taking a one night’s deposit. Upon the taking of the deposit, all reservations will be unchangeable. If cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable.
